As the founder & CEO of a growing law firm in Kansas City, I know how chaotic and busy being a business woman can be. We get caught up in the day-to-day and its sooo hard to make sure we also get the right kind of self-care.

I always wanted to host a faith-based retreat for women, and so when Amy offered up her beautiful space in Missouri, I jumped at the chance to host!
