FREE 3-Day Virtual Event September 14-16th for Women Who Want A Cash-Flowing Real Estate Portfolio That Pays Their Bills (even if you've tried to do real estate investing before and lost money... even if you're a TOTAL BEGINNER and never invested in real estate before!)
In this FREE 3-day virtual summit (Sept 14-16th), you'll learn how to:
Identify potential sources of funding (where does the money come from??)—including options you may not have realized were available to you.
Compare the major paths to profit in real estate (rentals, flips, etc) so you can start figuring out which strategies actually fit your goals, lifestyle, and resources.
Spot a good investment from a bad (unprofitable) one without relying on hype, someone else’s confidence, or that little voice saying, “Wellllll... I guess this sounds like a good deal?”
Build the confidence to talk with lenders, investors, agents, and other real estate professionals who want to help you get started... knowing what to ask—and actually understanding the answers.

Because the goal here isn’t to cram 20 years of real estate knowledge into your brain in three days.
It’s to help you stop feeling like everyone else got the investing handbook and somehow forgot to give you a copy.
You’ll start seeing how the money, the investment strategy, and the deal itself fit together—so instead of blindly following somebody else’s advice, you can start thinking like an investor yourself.
And THAT changes everything.

How much should you actually invest—and how much should you keep safely tucked away in reserves? We’ll dig into liquidity vs. growth vs. safety, how to read and design a pro forma, what bankers and lenders are looking for, creative financing, business credit, and more.
➡️ The goal: Help you understand the money side of investing so you can start seeing options instead of assuming, “I probably don’t have enough money to do this.”
Here’s where we answer the deceptively simple question: What the heck should I actually invest IN? Short-term rentals. Medium-term rentals. Long-term rentals. Multifamily. Commercial. Fix & flips...
There are a LOT of ways to make money in real estate—and the strategy your favorite investor swears by isn’t automatically the right one for you. We’ll break down the different paths to profit and cover the basics of portfolio structure so you can begin identifying what fits your money, your goals, and the life you actually want to live.
We’ll talk about negotiating the deal, due diligence, aligning opportunities with your personal risk profile, spotting red flags, emotional resilience, tax strategy, and more. Because finding a deal is one thing.
Knowing whether you should put YOUR money into it is another. By the end of our three days together, my goal isn’t for you to know everything there is to know about real estate. It’s for you to know enough to ask better questions, understand your options, spot potential problems, and make your next investment decision from a place of education instead of intimidation.

MEET YOUR CO-HOSTS
I never invested a single dollar until I was 30.
I had ZERO savings, investments or retirement plan...in fact, I had built & sold two successful businesses, but I worked every day of the week and my entire life was about trading time for money.
That's when I attended a workshop from a financial advisor and discovered the truth about financial freedom and how to make my money work for me.
I saw the real game of wealth. It wasn’t about working harder or making more sales—it was about keeping, protecting, and growing what I already had.
That’s when I realized:
🚫 Having a high income does not mean you’re building wealth.
🚫 Running a business does not equal time freedom.
🚫 Making millions means nothing if you don’t know how to structure, invest, and protect it.
I was doing what so many high-earning entrepreneurs do—I was focused on making money, but I had no strategy for keeping it, multiplying it, or turning it into lasting wealth.
That was my wake-up call.
I went all in on learning tax strategy, wealth-building, and financial leverage—not just for myself, but so I could help other women escape the same cycle. And that's why I'm soo excited to bring a room of real estate investing experts together to help you do the same.

MEET YOUR CO-HOSTS
Before real estate, I was a corporate executive earning $140,000 a year. I was successful at making money—but I hadn’t learned how to turn that income into lasting wealth.
When I started exploring real estate investing, I had many of the same questions you might have now: Where do I start? Which opportunities actually make sense for me? How much risk am I comfortable taking? And how do I know a good investment when I see one?
Working with other women who could help me understand my options changed everything. I made my first real estate investment, began building a more diversified portfolio, and (more importantly) became more confident making decisions about my money.
Today, as a REALTOR® with a background in education, I help women understand and evaluate real estate without making them feel like they should already know all the answers.
That’s why I am so excited to co-host She Owns The Block: to give you the kind of space I needed when I was starting—where you can learn how this stuff actually works, ask the questions you’ve been afraid to ask, and walk away better equipped to make your next move as an investor.

"This is exactly what I was hoping for!"

"Mind blown!!! Through today and the VIP session it is like a lightbulb went on as to what wealth is all about at its core."
